You can also go to the foot of the falls and admire its size and strength. A hanging bridge above the falls will give you a magnificent view of the St. Lawrence River and the Ile d'Orleans. A cable car also gives you the chance to see the fall from a completely different angle.

The Baie de Beauport is the perfect place for active families or outdoor enthusiasts. Located less than 10 minutes from our hotel, you will be charmed by this beach bordered by the St. Lawrence River. The place offers a variety of water sports as well as in-land activities such as soccer, beach volleyball, canoeing, kayaking and windsurfing.
Please note that swimming is forbidden but children will enjoy the water play area available on site.

A visit at the Beauport Outdoor Center is a dynamic and educational experience. The Centre offers tons of water sports and activities such as canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the river and pedal boats. Bicycles and tandems are also available for rent.
Make sure to visit the nature interpretation centre to learn more about local plants and animals. Come see living (frogs, fish, etc.) and mounted animals. On the weekends, the interpretation centre offers many special activities such as scientific activities for children aged between 6 and 12 years old.
